Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you have an excellent experience with Collen Curve. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the terms below.

Return and exchange period

Returns and exchanges must be requested within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions: they must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors, and returned in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return process

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@collencurve.com, providing your order number, the item(s), and the reason for the request. Once reviewed, we will send you the necessary instructions to proceed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or missing returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method within up to ten (10) business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (size or color), contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for items that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the 30-day period. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit, where applicable.
